Summary: Drug trafficking and sales frequently involve the intra-abdominal transport of large quantities of drugs, usually cocaine or heroin. We report here the cases of two men aged 21 and 23, arrested at Marrakech airport in Morocco for ingesting hashish capsules, who were taken to the emergency department of the Mohammed VI University Hospital.
