Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Submission

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
Submission Platform: All submissions must be made through our online submission system.
File Format: Accepted formats include Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) and LaTeX.
Page Format: Use A4 size with 1-inch margins on all sides. Manuscripts should be single-column, typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, and double-spaced.
Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 30 pages. Extra pages will incur additional fees.


2. Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should be organized as follows:

  • Title: Clear, concise, and descriptive. Avoid abbreviations or jargon.
  • Author Information: Include full names, affiliations, emails, and phone numbers. Specify the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: Maximum of 300 words, summarizing the research concisely.
  • Keywords: 4–7 keywords representing the core themes of the paper.
  • Introduction: Outline the background, objectives, and significance of the study.
  • Materials and Methods: Describe methodologies in detail to enable reproducibility.
  • Results and Discussion: Present data clearly and interpret results in the context of existing literature.
  • Acknowledgements: Acknowledge any financial or institutional support.
  • References: Use APA style. Citations should follow chronological order. Format in-text citations as (Author, Year) or (Author et al., Year).

3. Figures and Tables

  • Placement: Insert figures and tables where they are referenced in the text.
  • Numbering: Use sequential numbering (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).
  • Captions: Provide clear, self-explanatory captions below figures and above tables.
  • Quality: All figures must be at least 300 dpi in resolution.
  • Formatting: Use consistent fonts and spacing. Tables should be legible and not split across pages.

4. Originality and Plagiarism

  • Original Work: Manuscripts must not be under review elsewhere or previously published.
  • Plagiarism Check: All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.
  • Self-Plagiarism: Reusing your own previously published content without citation is not allowed.

5. Ethical Standards

  • Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Any potential conflicts must be disclosed at submission.
  • Research Ethics: Studies involving human or animal subjects must have received proper ethical approval and follow institutional guidelines.

6. Peer Review Process

ISR Publisher employs a double-blind peer review process:

  • Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review.
  • Reviewers assess originality, relevance, research quality, clarity, and compliance with journal standards.
  • The standard review timeline is 4–6 weeks.

7. Revisions and Resubmission

If revisions are required:

  • Authors must address all reviewer comments point-by-point.
  • Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
  • Late submissions may result in rejection or resubmission as a new manuscript.

8. Proofreading and Publication

  • Prior to publication, authors will receive galley proofs for final review.
  • It is the author’s responsibility to thoroughly check and correct any errors.
  • Once approved, the paper will be published in the next available issue.

9. Publication Fees

ISR Publisher operates under an open access model with applicable publication fees:

  • Standard Article (up to 30 pages): Fee details are available on the website.
  • Extra Pages: Additional charges apply for manuscripts exceeding the limit.
  • Waivers: Partial or full waivers may be available for authors from developing countries or those facing financial hardship. Please contact the editorial office to request a waiver.

10. Creative Commons License – CC BY-NC

All publications by ISR Publisher are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license.

Under this license, users may:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the work in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the work.
    However, commercial use is strictly prohibited without further permission.
