Abstract: We report the case of a 67-year-old patient presenting with progressive dyspnea. Initial chest imaging revealed a large right-sided pleural effusion. A thoracoabdominal CT scan identified a large inter-hepato-thoracic hydatid cyst compressing adjacent structures. This case illustrates a rare localization of hydatid disease with significant thoracic impact.
