Abstract: Eagle syndrome is a rare and frequently underdiagnosed condition characterized by elongation of the styloid process and/or calcification of the stylohyoid ligament, which may result in diverse neurovascular or oropharyngeal symptoms. We report the case of a 60-year-old professional singer who presented with intermittent dysphonia. Cervical computed tomography (CT), performed with a dedicated neck protocol including acquisitions during phonation, incidentally revealed bilateral elongation of the styloid processes, consistent with Eagle syndrome. This case highlights the importance of considering Eagle syndrome in the differential diagnosis of atypical laryngeal or cervical symptoms and underscores the role of imaging in its detection.
