From the Middle Meatus to the Choana: A Typical Course of a Killian’s Antro Choanal Polyp

Abstract: Killian’s polyp are benign lesions originating from the maxillary sinus mucosa and extending through the ostiomeatal complex into the nasopharynx. This report describes the clinical, radiological, and therapeutic aspects of a Killian-type ACP in a young adult male presenting with nasal obstruction, purulent rhinorrhea, and intermittent epistaxis.
